We are covering the latest news from the Drone Logistics Ecosystem members' activities across the globe. In the past year, 49 entities have joined our international industry association to reach out with their message across the globe. We have kickstarted several join-development projects in the rapidly emerging drone delivery industry.

For this month, we are welcoming onboard the NYC-based drone telecommunication start-up Voltela and the Australian flight manager software solution provider Flyfreely to Drone Logistics Ecosystem.


NEW YORK, USA- We are delighted to announce participation of the US-based startup Voltela as the latest member to our global network in the drone delivery industry. The company is joining us to contribute to the connectivity standardization of the drone delivery industry across the globe. Voltela provides guaranteed network connectivity for unlimited safety of autonomous drone operations. Their patented technology leverages the prioritized voice channel for guaranteed low-latency drone communication via any mobile network. Voltela use off-the-shelf communication hardware and proprietary software solutions to provide a global connectivity service with unmatched quality.

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA - Australian drone management company Flyfreely has become the newest member of Drone Logistics Ecosystem’s global network. The startup has joined DLE to offer its expertise and support in drone flight operation planning, management, and post recording. FlyFreely helps commercial UAV operators manage all aspects of operations, compliance, and fleet management. Its all-in-one and fully customisable platform improves efficiencies, saving businesses time and money. FlyFreely has developed a single-page mission planning form with all data in one place, including everything from the required regulatory paperwork and forms, to automatically capturing and uploading flight logs, post analysis, and the updating of pilot, craft and equipment flight times.

DUBAI, UAE – At GITEX GLOBAL 2022 the Drone Logistics Ecosystem members, the leading drone manufacturer Microavia (UAE) and drone consulting company DroneAcharya (India) signed a partnership agreement to add aerial robotic platforms and related products for autonomous flight to its offerings. The Indian company is a drone service provider and DGCA India-certified drone pilot training organization, having trained more than 150 drone pilots within 6 months.

ISTANBUL, TURKEY- TITRA participated at the SAHA EXPO 22 in Turkey. TITRA’s booth was attended by Mr Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı (Presidency of Defence Industries), TITRA’s President Prof. Dr. İsmail DEMİR, Minister of Trade Mr. Dr. Mehmet MUŞ and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAHA İstanbul, GM of BAYKAR Mr. Haluk Bayraktar also visited our stand. We thank them for their interest.

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - Drone Logistics Ecosystem members, AirGo Design Pte Ltd (Singapore) and the Australian drone manufacturer Freespace Operations Pty. Ltd. are forging entering a partnership to work lightweight drone delivery cargo solutions, in particular the standardised smart-DroneBox™ containers. Freespace Operations and AirGo are working towards adaptation of AirGo’s DroneboxTM/DroneFridgeTM/DroneDeliveryTM for the Australian market. To this end, the parties have started a drone delivery Proof-of-Concept using the smart - DroneboxTM. Freespace Operations has shown interest to become AirGo’s “exclusive” agent of DroneboxTM//DroneFridgeTM/DroneDeliveryTM products/solutions. AirGo has agreed that any additional technical support and implementation of novel concept used in the DroneboxTM//DroneFridgeTM/DroneDeliveryTM products shall be compensated/awarded by a licensing agreement between the parties.
